East Barge Drive does not benefit from borough maintenance beyond Riven Road although as the tracks indicate some folks have been daring enough to drive the steep inclines in a foot of snow. The trees look almost icy but its the remaining snow from last Sunday’s storm; there has been no wind since the start of said storm and hence the snow has remained where it fell
